  It gives me an immense pleasure to represent the department of Electrical Engineering . The department has highly qualified, dedicated & dynamic faculty with academic as well as industrial experience. The Electrical Engineering department has state of art infrastructure & laboratories with more than 35 lacs expenditure.

   To have Institute & Industry Interaction, Electrical Engineering department regularly invites experts from industries to share their knowledge with students through interaction. Also the department arranges industrial visits for students up to date their on field knowledge.

   The department regularly conducts seminars & workshops on recent advances in Electrical Engineering to upgrade the knowledge of students as well as faculty . Students of Electrical Engineering have participated in various curricular & non curricular competitions in our & other institutions &have won many prizes.

   The department is always focusing on project based learning & students are undertaking innovative projects .This academic year four BE Projects are sponsored by industries. Also the department has many MOU’s with industries.

  The department is very strong in academics . This year eight students of BE have scoured more than 80% marks in University Examination .Among them one of the student have scored 90.5%.The placement on campus of the department is progressively increasing year by year.
