It gives me great pleasure to present the report of the Computer Science & Engineering Department. The Institute is NAAC accredited and the department has contributed well to the NAAC accreditation process. The department has well-qualified & dedicated faculties with industrial and academic experience. The department has well-developed laboratories of Rs. 27,24,895/-. To upgrade the industrial knowledge and enhance the soft skills of students and faculties department regularly arranges industrial visits, expert lectures, workshops on current trends, conferences, value-added courses, etc.
ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is contributing a lot in various education sectors; flipped classrooms, NPTEL video lectures, etc have become a regular practice in the department. By considering the importance of eco-friendly technology department has adopted the e-IQAC system and promoted Moodle. The demand for skilled computer engineers is ever-increasing. Well-known MNCs are visiting college campuses and students are getting opportunities to work with them.
